This private, personal-use integration connects the owner's Gmail account to the owner's self-hosted Paperless-ngx document management system.
The integration accesses Gmail messages and attachments only to identify and import documents selected by the configured Paperless-ngx mail rules. OAuth credentials are used solely to authenticate that access.
Imported documents, message metadata needed for processing, and OAuth credentials are stored on the owner's private Paperless-ngx infrastructure. The data is used only for the owner's document archiving, retrieval, and search.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties by this integration. It is not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
The owner can revoke Google OAuth access at any time through the Google Account security settings and can delete imported data from Paperless-ngx.
